Worth my time! I also have been trying hard to get use to all these habits to get myself out of debt and i am glad i did it. another thing to add, prioritize your spending! Its one way to really control how you use money. use a paper and pen and keep the note with you. so you can always refer when you are about to purchase something new that is not on your paper
